Modem was used for about 3 months for calling out of the state and country to some friends and relatives. Saved a lot more money with the Voip. Router is in excellent condition with minor wear. Comes with power supply, network cable and a line filter. Make sure you have a line filter or your Internet and phone might not work properly. No longer have the original box.
